• The legal guarantee, provided for in the Consumer Protection Code is 90 days, however, our parts have 06 months warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects and defects in the purchased product. If it is impossible to repair the product, the customer may choose another part of the same value or exchange it for another product, and it is not possible to return the amount already paid.

• Pourquoi?!'s jewels have an exclusive character and we guarantee you, for an indefinite period, our follow-up so that, if necessary, we can redo the bath of the piece. Polishing, gold plating, rhodium, cataphoretic varnish or others may be redone with prior approval of the budget by the customer.

• Damages resulting from falls, improper use, accidents of any nature, natural wear and tear and time of handling or contact with chemical agents that may cause damage to parts are excluded from the guarantees above.
