The delivery time is counted after payment confirmation and may vary according to the product purchased and delivery location.

Currently, we only deliver in national territory.

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept exchange or return of unused products within 30 calendar days after receipt of purchase, at no additional cost, through reverse logistics.

  1. Request for exchange or return: To request the exchange or return of your product is simple and fast! Send an e-mail to atendimento@pourquoi.com.br, with the full address, telephone number and an e-mail to send the post authorization number to send the product.

  2. IMPORTANT: In the body of the email, send an explanation of the reason for the exchange or return to optimize your service.

  3. Deadline for requesting an Exchange or Return for reasons of regret of the purchase you have up to 07 calendar days after receiving the product, to request an exchange or return if your product is unused.

  4. If you received your product with any discrepancy, such as, open or damaged packaging, lack of accessories or product in disagreement with what you purchased, report it immediately.

  5. Defective product WITHOUT USE. If you received your product with any alleged flaw or defect, report it immediately. You have up to 30 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return if your product is unused.

  6. Defective product after use, have 90 days warranty. If after using the product, you identify any type of failure or defect, you should contact our Relationship Center.

  7. "Same product" is understood to be replaced by a different number / size; or another product.

  8. Return / Refund of the amount paid, according to the payment method used to close the order.

  9. Product conditions for exchange or return. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with the guarantee and invoice. All returned products undergo a Quality Control analysis when they arrive at our Distribution Center, which may take up to five business days. The desired product for exchange and / or refund of the amount paid will only be released after approval by our Quality Control. If any discrepancy or violation of the product is identified, we will not accept the return and will return the product to the sender without prior notice.

  10. Return forms: The return of your product to the Distribution Center can be done by post, without any additional cost. For the postage option you will receive the postage authorization code in your email that will give you the right to post the product at any accredited post office. The procedure is simple and streamlines the exchange process.

  11. Deadline for refund / payment by Credit Card: the refund on the credit card will be displayed on up to two invoices after the return is completed, depending on the card's expiration date;

  12. Promotions: For products purchased on promotion, if exchange and / or return is required, the amount considered will be the one paid for the product and not its original value Example: If you purchased an item on sale for R $ 200.00 but its value original amount was R $ 400.00, the amount considered will be R $ 200.00.
